Yes, Frankie’s is a direct repair shop for most major insurance companies including Geico, Progressive, Allstate, State Farm, NJM, Travelers, and Plymouth Rock. They handle the entire claim process and deal with the adjuster so you don’t have to.
Do you provide a loaner car or rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?
Frankie’s partners with Enterprise Rent-A-Car right next door. If your policy covers a rental or if the other party is at fault, they coordinate everything and you can usually drive off in a rental the same day you drop off your car.
Can I just stop by for a free estimate or do I need an appointment?
You can walk in anytime Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM or Saturday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. No appointment needed for an estimate; most people are in and out in 10–15 minutes with photos texted to the insurance company the same day.
Is Frankie’s Auto Body AAA-approved and do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, we are an official AAA Approved Auto Repair facility and provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship and paint for as long as you own the vehicle.
Do I have to pay anything out of pocket if the other driver was at fault?
In most cases, no. If you’re not at fault, Frankie’s bills the at-fault insurance company directly and waives your deductible (up to $1,000 in many situations—ask when you call).
Can you match my factory paint perfectly?
Customers repeatedly say their cars come back looking “brand new” or “better than before the accident.” Frankie’s uses computer-matched paint and has factory color codes for all makes and models.
How long will my repair take at Frankie’s Auto Body?
